Millbrook Beds

FWG acquired our UK based mattress factory Millbrook Beds in 2022.

First established in 1946, Millbrook Beds is steeped in history with a long tradition of high-quality manufacturing, making for some of the finest luxury yachts and even the Houses of Parliament. Since acquiring Millbrook Beds, we have worked hard to preserve its heritage of handcrafting skills, whilst investing in production and operations systems to honour and future-proof its legacy. 

We maintain a high standard through all price points and can create bespoke product for you, from entry point open coil all the way up to 11,000 spring counts and beyond.

New Design

Our second Factory is called New Design is based in the West Midlands of the UK. The team are experts in Headboards and Beds, as well as more recently adding Sofa Beds to their specialisms.

We combine handcrafting techniques with modern equipment such as CNC cutting machines to be able to craft a wide width of product styles and price points. We can work to customer design briefs as well as providing our own design service to present retailers with exciting new product.

We provide both stocked and made to order programs with the option to deliver direct to customer.
