Our UK team support with trend and range reviews to ensure your new products are commercial and first to market. We work with 15 factories worldwide, with 2 based in the UK, to ensure the right product is placed with the right factory. Our supply routes cater for a great depth of materials and product types, from painted wood to metal & glass, rattan and upholstery.

Supply Chain Management

Our teams based in the UK, Malaysia, Vietnam and China are always on hand throughout the production process, ensuring on time and in full deliveries to the agreed quality. This ensures we have less than 1% manufacturing faults. We will support you with managing your critical path and the complexities of shipping. We know compliance and traceability is a key aspect for many retailers and pride ourselves on providing all documentation required.

Delivery & Aftercare

FWG operate under a number of different business models and Incoterms for our customers and take pride in being able to tailor our approach to each and every customer's specific requirements.

Your products will be delivered according to your needs, we can accommodate delivery into DCs, or offer a full white-glove direct to consumer delivery service with options for assembly. We have a dedicated team to support all direct to consumer deliveries and continue to provide customer aftercare throughout the lifetime of the product.
